William H. Garland

Garland & Padelford, Attorneys, LLC, was first established in 1962 by William H. Garland, who opened a general practice law firm in Bradenton, Florida, after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law. In 1987 the firm started exclusively representing retirees in estate planning, trust administration and elder law matters. Mr. Garland regularly gives lectures on avoiding probate and estate planning. Currently, Mr. Garland is semi-retired and limits his legal practice.

William H. Garland is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, Manatee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Masons, the Shriners and the Kiwanis Club.

William B. Padelford

In 2000, William B. Padelford joined Mr. Garland's law firm after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law and gaining some experience in trial work. Currently, Mr. Padelford acts as the managing partner of Garland & Padelford, Attorneys. Mr. Padelford concentrates on the problems that face retirees in estate planning, trust administration, elder law and general legal issues.

William B. Padelford is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar, Manatee County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Masons, the Shriners, the Kiwanis Club and the Kiwanis SERTOMA.
